Cyrex news is now version 1.0!

If you didn't notice already, we have been doing a lot of experimenting on the website for a while now. We are finished! There is a new search bar, we re-positioned the Weekly Poll, and we changed the background to a more clean and simple one. Hope you enjoy the new update!

Cyrex has a new logo!

Cyrex now has a new and more simple logo. We will keep this logo design unless requested otherwise by the community.

This is the first ever staying official logo. You may have noticed that before this logo, the logos were changing every single month! We have been looking at different designs and seeing how people feel about the new logos.

Cyrex database created to enhance transfer ease of assets

With the recent community-started projects, we also have a system of transferring assets between admins of cyrex. It is called the Cyrex DB, or Cyrex Database. It allows fast file transfer and backup between admins instantly. It is powered by box cloud, and is run in a secure-collab file (Secure file with collaborator access). It is highly protected. If you aren't an admin, then you can view the files, but not download or edit them. If you are an admin, you can add/remove/download files within the database. It has files dating back to even October of 2014! Those files are in the historical documents section of the CDB.

New cyrex technology to improve safety at HQ

At the HQ, you may see a barred wall that wraps around the entire map. This is actually a security system. Upon activation, each war is charged with 10,000 volts and kills instantly. The way it lets you know it is on is at each corner of the fence an orange light glows. The orange light means it is armed and electricity is flowing through the bars. This is how it starts: Upon user activation, a blue light blinks at every corner of the map, and a very audible alarm plays that can be heard throughout the map. This goes on for 15 seconds. Then, the blue light turns off, and the sound stops. The bars proceed to charge and the orange light turns on. Here is a video of the process:

As you can see, it works fine. Side note: This is for gameplay purposes, not to protect from hackers. If you see a hacker at ANY cyrex place, report it to the group immediately!

ROBLOX Games completely shut down

At 10:30pm Pacific Time, on 6/10/2015, the games page on ROBLOX has been completely cleared and all games have been restricted access. Now, only 2 games are shown, both "Weird's Admin Treehouse" and "Search for the Squids". What is ROBLOX Doing? More news on this will be released once more information is available.
